Delivery of Alcohol

You can have alcohol delivered using the My Click & Collect App.

We are signatories to the Retail Drinks Australia

"Online Alcohol Sale And Delivery Code Of Conduct"

and are bound by the rules of this code and other Government Legislation in regard to the delivery of Alcohol" We ask that our customers read the following before ordering alcohol for click & collect purposes.

Requirements to have alcohol delivered

The Following Policy Also Applies to Cigarettes / Vaping Products.

  • The Individual ordering the alcohol must be over 18 years of age

  • On delivery you must provide the driver a copy of your Photo ID or Licence to photograph. (The driver can not access this information but legally we must store proof of age for audit purposes for a minimum period of 12 months.)

  • You must sign the Consent and declaration on the drivers phone before the alcohol is left with you.

When we can not leave alcohol with you

We are bound by the code when it comes to alcohol deliveries and under the following circumstances will return Alcohol to the place of purchase if:

  • The Individual ordering the alcohol can not provide clear proof of age

  • If the person who placed the order is not the recipient of the alcohol

  • If the driver believes that alcohol is being purchased for minors

  • If the client refuses to sign and have ID authenticated

  • If the recipient is drunk or intoxicated

  • If the recipient is flagged as a potential problem drinker or alcoholic

  • Nobody is home to accept the delivery.

Important Note

When an alcohol / cigarette / Vape delivery can not be performed for any of the above mentioned reasons, the order will be returned to the place of purchase and you will still be charged for the delivery.

You will then have to contact the supplier to arrange redelivery or pick up yourself.
